SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time:
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates depend on the carrier service selected at checkout. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for carrier shipping delays once the package has left our facility.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
Gaya Beauty is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and reach out to us immediately at holagayabeauty@gmail.com with photos.
